Every Get Moving participant will receive a wellbeing pack crammed full of useful tips and information on how to get exercise into your life. Plus you can carry on improving your mental wellbeing and increasing your activity levels.

PHIL THOMAS - TAEKWONDO AND SELF DEFENCE SCHOOLS are happy to be participating in the ‘GET MOVING’ event, by offering a FREE Class In TAEKWONDO – SELF DEFENCE to anyone interested.

All the classes offered under this FREE promotion are designed for the total beginner we low to zero fitness levels. All you need to bring is a little enthusiasm, everything else is free. So come along and take this opportunity to do something about your Physical and Mental health.
